CUROpro is a web-based software solution designed to help departments manage the day-to-day activities of personnel and assets. The software makes it easy to organize personnel, assign equipment, schedule training/events, and keep track of certifications. CUROpro also helps organize and manage assets, keep track of the physical location, and to whom the asset is assigned. Customized features, ease of use, and an expandable, modular design provides an affordable advantage. CUROpro is a web-based system running on IIS 5.1(or higher) with no client plug-ins required. CUROpro uses MS SQL Server as a back end database.

Hardware:
ACEECA’s Palm OS Scanner:
The ID::VERIFI™ Barcode Scanner combines the rugged durability and computing performance of the Meazura™ platform with high end data capture technology. Featuring the choice of either a Laser or CCD Barcode Scanning Engine, the ID::VERIFI™ Barcode Scanner is an ideal solution for data capture activities that require consistent and accurate performance.
Barcode Labels:
High quality labels can be purchased at any quantity from sizes 1.5x.5 - 4x6. Each thermal barcode label is printed in resin based ink. Aluminum tags are also available upon request.
RFID Tags:
With ultra high frequency, high-temperature resistant, impact resistant, chemical resistant, and waterproof these tags can be attached to individual objects for the purpose of identification and tracking. RFID does not require a line of sight to the tagged object. Therefore, the object tagged can be inside a case, box or other container & unlike barcodes RFID tags can be read hundreds at a time.
This RFID technology combined with web-based management tools like CUROpro and D.A.T.S., give
organizations the ability to instantly identify, track, monitor, and manage their assets.
CUROpro Mobile:
A handheld application for scanning barcodes, to track equipment and/or other assets , and badge tags to build inventory into CUROpro.
CUROpro Mobile Server:
This service application communicates to the CURO Mobile. The server is required for utilization of CURO Mobile.

Certification Management
• Create employee certifications and monitor upcoming renewal dates through e-mail notifications or online review.
• View certifications awarded to personnel, their detailed description, expiration date, and pre-requisites.
• Know the description of what the certification holds & what it allows the certifier to perform.
• Quickly view a list of personnel who has completed a particular certification
• With the Document Management System view a scanned and uploaded copy of the actual certification for visual clarification.
Training/Event Scheduling
• Create events, add attendees, and monitor results for certification training. Notify attendees by system generated e-mails.
• Add/define an event with its schedule, detailed description, date, time, location, and who will be attending.
• Self role-able events
• Grade an event by “Pass” , “Fail” or by “Score”.
• Post the event as a “Required” event for those attendees
• With the Document Management System a training class manual, sample tests, meeting materials, and conference schedule can be uploaded.
• Keep track of performance statistics.
Organization Information
• View complete list of all organizations in alphabetical order or individually with contact information.
• Quickly view Organization main contacts
• Construct a list of required certifications for each Organization
Document Management System
This feature provides the option to upload documents of any type within each module of the system, organizing them by category or type. Essentially, you can choose to allow your employees to access only the documents they need and the option to give your managers limited or complete access.

Role-Based Access
This allows you to setup your users on a role base. An option is for Personnel to only be allowed access to their information for review. A department head, however, may be able to view all his/her employees information but may not have access to edit any information. Other individual role options are available.
Reporting
CUROpro provides reports throughout its system. Mocean Software offers services to provide custom reports for clients and can tailor these custom reports in CUROpro for a nominal fee. Mocean Software Inc. may elect to have the report become a part of the base system or as a custom report for your system. Please call us for an estimate.

Currently in development is a module to track equipment certification.
Equipment Maintenance Management (coming soon)
A module allowing managers to track equipment maintenance activities, service history, specifications, warranty information and other information relating to the maintenance of equipment.

Project management with personnel time entry screens.
Audit System (coming soon)
A user-definable module which audits against all areas of the software. Definable types can also be determined such as safety, behavioral, job-site, and facility. A normalization feature is also integrated into the system to recognize commonalities in various defined types.

If you are currently tracking your personnel in Excel, Access, or any other form of digital format, Mocean Software Inc. can migrate your data to CUROpro for an additional cost. This cost may vary depending on the amount of data in the storage format. If you currently have a system you would like to integrate with CUROpro, Mocean Software Inc. can build you an active sync process to keep data up-to-date. providing your current systems are accessible.
• Custom Reporting
