CUROpro is licensed on a concurrent user basis.

 (The number of simultaneous users is determined by the license of the software.)
CUROpro is also licensed by module. Additional module pricing will be posted as new modules become available.

  • Mocean Software supports installation to SQL Server 2005 or higher
  • Enterprise License allows you to install web service module on multiple servers.

Technical Information
  • Uses Microsoft® SQL Server Express
  • Uses Microsoft® SQL Server 2005 or 2008
Limitations
  • For Microsoft® SQL Server Express
    • Data size limitation to 4 GB (including data and indexes) This is a limitation of SQL Server Express. If you use SQL Server Express for other data then the CUROpro data size will be limited further by the other data stored in the SQL Server Express database.
  • For Microsoft® SQL Server 2005 and above
    • Data size limitation will depend on the available disk space of your server
**The number of concurrent users connected to your server may be limited by other configuration parameters, settings, and/or available memory on your server.

Product Support

Mocean Software provides installation and upgrade support for all license of the product for the first 6 months or during your Maintenance Package term. Mocean Software will help you install or upgrade CUROpro on your system. If you need help using the software, there are materials available online, or you may purchase training or support services for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for details.

 

“Get Me Started” - Mocean Software knows the importance of implementation and starting out is sometimes the hardest part. We are offering a special training package to help you get started. We will walk you through each module of the product to help you with the basics. We know CUROpro is easy to use and we can do this in less than 4 hours.

Limitations

  • May only be added to the initial purchase of CUROpro, and is non refundable.
  • Only one block of time can be purchased at this rate. If you want additional training please contact us for an estimate.
  • Cannot be broken up over multiple time periods or days. Please allow for one 15 minute break during your time block.
  • By appointment only. Available 8 am(CST) to 1 pm(CST) Monday thru Friday. Please call for available time slots.

 

1 year Update Package – The maintenance package includes all updates to the software for an additional year beyond the first 6 months. Buy today and get all updates for your license of the software for next 18 months. Pricing listed above.

 

Training - Mocean Software offers on site training services for CUROpro. Mocean Software will provide a knowledgeable individual at your facility for 8 hours of training to an audience size of up to 30 people. Please call us for an estimate and a scheduled time slot.

  • Printed training manual (up to 30) (this manual is available online)
What is not included
  • Facility fees – If you do not have a suitable facility for the training please contact us and we will locate one in your area. All cost for the facility can be paid as a pass through expense or can be paid directly by you.

 

Custom Reporting - Mocean Software can tailor reports in CUROpro for a nominal fee. Mocean software may elect to have the report become a part of the base system or as a custom report for your system.

Consulting Services - If you need help with CUROpro and would like a trainer or technical support person to assist you with any aspect of CUROpro, you can purchase consulting services from Mocean Software.
